We are committed to not only preparing your medications in an accurate and timely manner, but also to ensuring your medication is appropriate and safe for you.
Licensed and regulated by the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia, our pharmacists undergo regular education and training to remain current in our field. We use that knowledge to inform you on why, how, and when to take your medications, possible side effects, and what to do if you have an adverse reaction. This is not a responsibility we take lightly.
Great pharmacists have great support teams – and our pharmacy assistants and regulated pharmacy technicians are integral to our ability to provide excellent, comprehensive prescription services to our patients.
We recognize that sometimes patients may face certain prescription challenges that hinder your ability to take your medications as prescribed by your doctor. You may find it difficult to travel to the pharmacy for a prescription refill, to remember to take your medication at the appropriate time, or to administer your injection, patch or inhaler.
When you step up to our counter or call one of our friendly pharmacists, talk to us about any prescription concerns you may have. We can find a way to ensure your medication is always available to you. After all, that’s what we’re here for.
